Step 10.
Insert the Hand Pivot Pin to the Base.
It is a very tight fit! Use the Large Silver Bolt to hammer in the Base to Hand Pivot Pin, ensure the Pin is sub flush with Base exterior.
Hammer the pin until flush using the supplied heavy bolt.
Tip: Use the point of the bolt to get pin sub flush.
Check:
All Pins and Bolts need to be sub flush with the exterior. BE SAFE!
